• 2 cups flour (sift it before measuring)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 eggs, well-beaten
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together 2-3 times.  (I don’t know why this is, I just know this is what we do…)
  2. Combine milk and butter in a separate bowl.
  3. Alternating adding eggs and milk mixture to the flour.
  4. Put the batter in the fridge for a few minutes to keep it cool before putting batter in the waffle iron.
  5. Make great father-daughter memories! 🙂
